About Me

It’s important that you feel comfortable and that this feels like the right fit for you.

I specialise in CBT, which focuses on practical strategies for managing thoughts and behaviours, and I am also trained in the person-centred approach, meaning therapy is guided by your needs, at your pace, in a safe and supportive environment. I hold an MA in Psychology, providing a strong understanding of psychological processes that supports thoughtful, evidence-based therapy.

I work with people from diverse social backgrounds and at different stages of life, supporting a wide range of mental or emotional difficulties and life challenges. My particular areas of experience include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and ADHD.

I have Polish origins and have lived in Scotland for over 13 years, which I now consider my home. Living across cultures has deepened my understanding of cultural diversity and the different ways people experience life’s challenges.

In my practice, I draw on knowledge from several therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt therapy to what feels most helpful for you. Alongside CBT and person-centred therapy, I integrate compassion-focused therapy, positive psychology, and insights from neuroscience.

Compassion-focused therapy helps you develop a kinder and more supportive relationship with yourself, particularly if you struggle with self-criticism, shame, or low self-esteem.

Positive psychology focuses on building on your strengths and supporting wellbeing, alongside addressing difficulties you may be experiencing.

By drawing on neuroscience, therapy can help you understand your brain’s responses and develop strategies that work with your nervous system rather than against it.

I use a range of practical tools and handouts, and I also encourage collaborative and creative ways of working, allowing therapy to feel engaging, flexible, and tailored to you.

I continually expand my professional knowledge, and through each person I have the privilege to work with, I also deepen my experience.

My therapeutic work is regularly supervised through individual supervision.
